Welcome to Sweet Home Doodles! My family and I started our  small breeding program to produce high quality poodle/ poodle mixed dogs for families (especially those with children) and those looking for a sweet natured therapeutic companion animal. After owning several dogs from all walks of life, I grew a bit frustrated that there were not many breeders out there breeding specifically for sweet tempered, trainable dogs. I didn't want to waist a bunch of time and money training a dog that simply was poorly bred, from unknown parents that possibly had aggressive traits. We spent YEARS finding the perfect dogs, with friendly/ good natured temperaments to produce memorable puppies for families- the kind of dog you'll talk about for years to come after it's time on earth has passed.

Most of our dogs are registered and genetically heath tested, or we have met the parents and sometimes even the grandparents of our breeding dogs, and have their history and get to experience their personalities. This helps us be rest assured we are only producing truly worth while pups. We are NOT a big kennel and certainly far from a puppy mill. We only have a few family pet breeders that enjoy their life with us on our 20 acre  cross fenced farm, where they have ample room to play and explore with us and our children. All of our dogs enjoy playing in a five acre fenced field and are fed high quality diets, including grass-fed animal products. Our past veterinary experience can leave you rest assured that we have each puppies health at the forefront of our mind.
